From February 1, 2021, the Electronic Building Identity and the relevant Certificate are mandatory for all new constructions, real estate sales, new building permits, operating permits, loan agreements, and connection with electricity networks.
It is a complete electronic file concerning buildings, single-family houses, and plots or fields that includes all information about a property, based on the details of the building permit and the establishment of ownership.
The legality of a property is a condition for the issuance of the Electronic Building Identity, so, as an initial required action, is the control of the existing situation based on the official details of the building permit provided by the owner or a person authorized by him.
Users of the information system are defined as engineers authorized by the owners who submit the necessary data through the TEE electronic platform.
We undertake the process of issuing a building permit, the required control of urban planning legality, the legalization of urban planning violations, and the issuance of the required Energy Certificate. We also undertake to find the necessary elements of building permits and notarial deeds of incorporation of property.
