Á 35 sqm apartment on the 1st floor of an apartment building constructed in 1978 has been radically renovated and furnished to meet the increased demand for housing in the area from students or Airbnb users. Despite the rather limited surface of the space, the entire surface of it is exploited so that it does not lag functionally in terms of the needs of prospective users. In terms of color, earthy tones prevailed and the individual spaces were mostly decorated with original paintings.
