On an exceptionally dry plot of land (front side 5,00 meters) a three-storey house is being constructed to fully take advantage of the land. The second floor with an indent, the front is a semi-open space and the balcony on the first floor break up the level surface of the side and create the necessary morphological volumes of the building. The color tones follow the usual tricolor (white-grey-deep red), with the difference being that one more color (green) is added in order to show off the partial morphological elements (decorative pillars – scotia). The pergola on the roof flat creates pleasant shading and in combination with the subject pillars, follows the side of the building.
